Semi Automatic Twin Head Liquid Filling Machine, also known as dual head liquid filling machine and semi automatic liquid filler, Model LIQFILL-20e is suitable for Round or Flat shape Bottles or Vials with maximum speed of 20 Products per minute.
Bottle Loading and Unloading is Manual by Operator. This bottle filling machine can give speed of 15-20 per minute depending on nature of Liquids, Neck Diameter or Bottle and Fill Volume. This liquid bottle filling machine is suitable for small volume production having multiple products across industries like pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical.
Machine construction in Stainless Steel finish with Two Head Operation ensures durability and hygiene. This stainless steel liquid filling machine is designed for precision and long-term performance. All parts coming in contact with Liquids are made from SS 316 Materials, making it ideal as a pharma liquid filling machine and food grade liquid filling machine.
This gear pump based liquid filling machine comes with No Change Parts System for Different Fill Volume. The operator can set the desired volume directly on touch screen of machine, making it a user-friendly volumetric liquid filling machine. Different Nozzle may be required in case of different Bottle Neck diameter, ensuring flexibility for various packaging needs.
